Fuji apple


Variety of Japanese origin. It has a firm and crisp pulp and a semi-acid flavor, the color of the peel of the Fuji apple varies from yellow-green with red lines to a more intense red color.
Due to the texture of its pulp, it is an excellent choice of apple to be eaten fresh. It is also good for blending and juicing, baking, pureeing, and can be stored very well.
