This variety, one of the most consumed in Spain, is medium in size, with thin skin, yellow on a green background, and with reddish areas where it receives more sun. Its pupla is white, juicy and very aromatic.
CULINARY USES
As table fruit, cake decoration, compotes and jams. It is also typical to prepare them in wine, in syrup or eat them with cheese.
