All the products purchased in our online store can be received at your home or you can pick them up in our store. You just have to select the option before finalizing the payment.
All the amounts of the products and services shown in www.familyfruit.es have VAT included. You can only pay through our virtual POS. For another form of payment you should contact Tel. + 34 971 752 456 or through our email email@example.com.
We deliver to the entire island of Mallorca. Transportation will be free for all deliveries as long as the order in the area of influence is € 30 or higher and for the rest of the areas the order is € 60 or higher.

The minimum order will be € 20 and the shipping cost will be € 3. From € 30 the shipping cost will be free.
Rest of areas
The minimum order is € 40 and the shipping cost is € 6. From € 60 the shipping cost is free.
Picked up at the store
We will prepare your order so that it is ready when you stop by our store at:

In addition, we have a fruit gift basket delivery service. Our online store is enabled for you to tell us if you want to make the delivery of the purchase to another address, you only have to add it in your customer profile and then select it. Our delivery person will be in charge of delivering said gift.
We have two time slots from Monday to Friday:
Morning from 10:30 to 14:00
Afternoon from 16:00 to 19:30
For Saturdays we only have one time slot:
Morning from 10:00 to 14:00
Sundays and holidays we do not make deliveries.
All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. can be delivered the next day. After 1:00 p.m., they will automatically be delivered the next business day.
Returns will not be accepted once the order has been delivered unless there is a product or products in poor condition. Once 24 hours have passed from the receipt of the order, returns will not be accepted.
To process a return, you must contact us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org where you must attach the photo of the product or products in poor condition, referring to the order number in question. The customer may request the return of the product or products in two ways:
Refund of the amount through the same form of payment used.
Replacement of the product or products at no additional cost. The replacement of the product or products will be effective in less than 24 hours after the acceptance of the same.
Cancellation of the order
The cancellation of the order by the client will be subject to the usual operations of Family Fruit, being necessary to inform of the cancellation at least two days prior to delivery of the order.
Cancellations made after this period will not be effective and the customer must accept the order.
